I'm currently irritated.

Okay, I've got a few things right now that are irritating me, and I thought that I would just vent. If anyone has any good advice/thoughts, do share.

I have 2 good friends from high school that are getting married this summer, and of course I want to go, and take part in the celebration. Here is the thing though, their weddings are TWO days apart from each other. One is getting married on Friday, and the other one on Sunday. And although the weddings will both be on Long Island, that wonderful place I grew up, they aren't near each other. I would like to take someone w/me but it would be a bit of a sacrafice b/c they'd have to take off of work and jump on a plane w/me. Then we would either stay in a hotel or w/my aunt and uncle b/c they're in a central location of these two weddings, and it would be free. Hehe.
I have to RSVP to wedding #1 by 6/1 which means if someone wants to come w/me they have a small amount of time to think about it. I just don't feel like going to a wedding where I'm only going to know like 5 people, thats including the happy couple.

I've gone to weddings before where I didn't know anyone except the groom and the person that I went with, and after a few drinks it wasn't so bad. But I still had to hang out w/people that I didn't know, and only one girl from the bridal party was nice to me.

I don't know, maybe I could just suck it up and go alone, but going to a wedding alone and being a girl I don't think is a good combination. Especially since I cry at weddings. So, it would be nice to have someone to hand me a tissue when I do. Therefore, if anyone who reads this would like to join me, let me know.

And to my frriends who will day be planning a wedding, do me a favor and don't plan it two days before or after mine, or each others.
