Weekend Summary.

Here is my weekend summary.

Friday Steven and I went to a party at his boss's place. He had the party on the rooftop of his building so that was pretty cool. You could see the lake and most of the city. Very pretty. Then we met up with some of his friends at a bar in Wrigelyville. I had too much to drink and can honestly not recall the cab ride home.

Going out Saturday night was just not happening. BBQing sounded much better to me!!

Yesterday we went to Lalapalooza down at Grant Park. It was about 100 degrees here yesterday, some parts of the city went up to 104 apparently. The heat index was like 105. I think that you could've successfully fried an egg outside if you wanted to. Any cold drinks that we had got warm fast, and sitting in the shade started to sound really good!! I've lived in this city for 4 years and yesterday was the hottest day that I've ever experienced.

We stayed there for about 4 hours and then went back to Steven's and ate some french bread pizza that burned the roof of my mouth. And I have to say that Baked Crunchy Cheetos are SO good.

Today I was thinking about actually getting off my butt and applying for retail jobs, but due to certain factors of being female, I don't know if that will be happening.
