Fashion Newflash

Because I consider myself to be one who is knowledgeable in the world of fashion, I thought that I would take the liberty of letting every woman in the city of Chicago, and in America the following:

It is NOT okay to wear panyhose with open-toed shoes/sandals, etc. Especially of they are black. Unless you are under the age of 7, or over 80, than you should know better.

I really just cannot understand how some people can do that. I don't want to sound snotty or mean by saying all of this, but I've seen some women here doing it who weren't old, and they were wearing stylish outfits. I just don't get it. It doesn't look good.

So, women of America, keep this in mind.
