Update

I know, I have been neglecting my blog for almost a week!! Yet, there are many blogworthy things for me to post about.

Unfortunetly, I have to start out with some bad news. Its happened to me yet again.

I lost my job right before I left for Sun Valley. They didn't give me an explaination they just told me that it wasn't working out, and to give them back my badge thingy. It was probably the most devastating moment in my entire life. Especially when my boss just sat there staring at me like she was waiting for me to say something. What was I supposed to say??? Thank you?? So, I've come to the conclusion that I'm not meant to be part of "corporate America." I've tried it twice and didn't workout for me. I feel like a failure, and embarrssed because its happened to me again, but at the same time I know that things will be alright.

So thats that. No need for me to discuss it anymore.

Today I have an interview at a non-profit enviroment organization. I saw this add in the paper and responded to it. The girl soundned really nice over the phone so today I'm going down there to get more information about this. Other than that I applied for a few retail jobs. I really want to work at Saks or Louis Vuitton. I also might be able to work at Tiffany's for the holiday season.

Other than that Steven is good. Even though he hasn't been that happy with his new job. He's only been there 2 weeks, and hopefully it will get better for him. Otherwise he's thinking about moving back to New Orleans which would make me very upset. I'm trying really hard not to think about it though. I think about leaving here too sometimes b/c I feel like career wise I haven't connected with anything, and nothing has really worked out for me. Its been a neverending struggle. Ugh. But I don't want to move back to NY.

Well, theres my update. I'll post more later if anything exciting happens.
